The theoretical reliance of the Islamic Republic on Islamic and Shiite political jurisprudence in our country necessitates the study of the principles and frameworks of the political jurisprudence of this system and the extraction of the principles and rules of jurisprudence governing it. In this regard, a political jurisprudence group has been formed to implement this important and open a new horizon in the field of higher education. The establishment of the field of political jurisprudence at the master's level in the winter of 2012 was approved by the Office of Development and Planning of the Ministry of Science and Research. It was agreed in May 1998, and from October of that year, the group practically started its work by attracting students.
